Systems Integrations Specialist, Intermediate • At Least 2 years of Industrial System Integration Experience • Ability to work independently. • Proficient in using Microsoft Suite including MS Word, Access, Outlook and Excel. Ideally, you’ll also have: • Experience with any or all Cimplicity, Rockwell, Ignition automation packages. • Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, including cable termination and IP addressing. • Knowledge of test equipment, multi-meter, digital analyzer, and commissioning devices. • Understanding of industrial automation protocols, (Modbus RTU/TCP, etc.) • Understand analog, digital, and relay field wiring and troubleshooting. • Understanding of diagrams and schematics as related to controls systems, networking, electrical and mechanical. • User level experience with AutoCAD computer drafting software. Other Requirements: • Location: • This is an on-site position requiring work to be performed on the client site in Santa Clara/Sunnyvale, CA. • Candidate must be willing to commute to the site Monday-Friday during normal business hours – nominally 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with some flexibility based on ability of site to support and employee preference. • Relocation assistance may be provided for qualified candidate. • Physical Requirements: • Position requires field visits and walks at an active client site in various stages of construction. Applicant must be able to walk long distances, sit and stand for extended periods, bend, stoop, twist, crawl, climb ladders, work on catwalks, work in small spaces, lift and carry up to 25lbs. • Authorized to Work: • Applicant must complete background check, drug screen and be fully authorized to work for any client in the United States. We're looking for a Systems Technician Integrator in Santa Clara, California to join our team, where they will initially focus on Gas Life Safety Systems who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business. Join us and you’ll have the chance to work on projects including state of the art semi-conductor, industrial and commercial facilities. You’ll be supporting the technical quality and functionality of challenging engineering and programming tasks, as you gain familiarity with the client’s expectations, scope, budget, and schedule. You’ll provide on-site assistance during startup and testing activities, coordinate with other staff members and take direction from the discipline lead. Your primary focus will be on facility service requests, configurations, troubleshooting and turn-over for critical safety devices. The role has opportunity in growth expansion to work with our team in other highly complex systems, including gas detection design and engineering, PLC programming, IT development, and furthering as a system integrator. The team is multi-discipline and highly interactive producing facility care and shell solutions for one of the leading tool manufacturers in the world.
