Project Manager (Embedded) – Chemical Plant

We are seeking Embedded Project Manager with a strong background in chemical plant environments and industrial construction. This role will support capital project execution from concept to completion, managing internal stakeholders, engineers, and contractors to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of complex industrial projects.

This is a client-embedded position requiring hands-on leadership and direct engagement across all project phases—scope development, budgeting, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.

Responsibilities:

• Translate preliminary scope statements into fully defined work packages suitable for front-end engineering and approval.
• Secure internal stakeholder approvals and develop comprehensive project budgets.
• Manage all phases of project execution including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Oversee and coordinate engineering and labor contractors, ensuring schedule adherence and quality performance.
• Lead cost estimation efforts and maintain cost controls throughout project lifecycle.
• Provide construction management oversight in a chemical plant or industrial setting.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, engineering teams, and contractors.

Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of experience managing projects in a chemical plant environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and complex construction projects.
• Strong understanding of industrial project cost estimation, scheduling, and execution.
• Excellent communication and contractor management skills.
