Job Description

Project Coordinator

Duties:
    • Coordinate infrastructure project design schedules
    • Schedule project’s Design Review meetings with discipline leads and other stakeholders
    • Setup Bluebeam Sessions for drawing reviews, and compile and distribute comments received to discipline leads
    • Proactively update project’s tasks/schedules by reaching out to project’s discipline leads (past experience with Wrike is a strongly desired quality)
    • Coordinate and compile IFC package deliverables (drawings, specifications, supplemental documents) and transmit to document control team.
    • Track RFIs and Submittals to ensure discipline leads are responding on-time. ProjectSight – Trimble
