Planner/ Scheduler

Greater Boston, MA (Hybrid)

Seeking a Strategic Planner / Scheduler to develop and manage schedules for projects. Will drive schedule development with the A/E, construction manager, as well as internal CQV (commissioning / qualification / validation) activities.

Primary responsibility is to coordinate tasks and monitor the timelines of scheduled assignments. Will continuously monitor the schedule to identify potential scheduling delays and facilitate remedial action.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Primavera P6 experience a requirement
• Experience using cloud-based collaboration tools such as Loadspring®
• Strong communication and organizational skills required to maintain schedules typically >10,000 lines.
• Prior experience analyzing critical path and developing visual tools for project team members.
• Experience working on complex projects (with a minimum 10M$ value preferred).
• Extensive knowledge of building construction and pharmaceutical/biotech experience with CQV logic preferred.
