Provides support and assistance to client executives that ensure effective use of time and productive interactions with staff and the public. Handles a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks involving the clerical, administrative function, research, and management roles. Responsible for schedule management, office management, communication liaison, information preparation, company records management, data analysis, and representing the executive to others. Handles confidential information and communications. Full comprehension of company's operation and procedures. May also be responsible for training and supervising lower level clerical staff. Uses discretion and judgement and knowledge of organization to facilitate the executive's activities. At this level should be reporting to a Tier 1 executive.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proactively sets priorities related to complex situations having multi-project and/or organizational impact.
- Contributions are primarily technical rather than managerial. May be involved in guiding strategies.
- Under limited supervision, plans and conducts and may supervise work of self and others. Has ability to lead project teams, business unit, or department. May participate in cross-functional collaboration.
- Has no direct or indirect reports, but may take a lead role in project type assignments.
- Seasoned ability to inform and persuade on complex matters comes from recognition as subject matter expert. Utilized on the most complex, confidential and difficult problems.
- 15+ years work experience
- Experience supporting experience and be polished and professional
- Experience in EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) is preferred
- Aramco experience is highly preferred, but not required
- Ability to work with teams from various cultural and engineering backgrounds
