The Cost Estimator analyzes and predicts the costs associated with projects, products, or services, ensuring realistic estimates for projects, products, and services. Collect and analyze data on time, money, materials, and labor to ensure projects are completed within budget and on time.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data to determine the costs of labor, materials, and other factors.
• Create accurate cost projections and estimates for projects, products, or services.
• Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to discuss cost estimates and project scope.
• Identify and implement cost-saving strategies to optimize project budgets.
• Maintain records of estimated and actual costs to improve future estimation accuracy.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in Industrial Estimating
• Understanding of engineering disciplines and capital workflow
• Experience with Sage Timberline Software highly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
