Qualifications:
Preferred Qualifications:

· 3+ years of Revit 3D modeling/design experience
· Prior exposure to a manufacturing plant environment
· Hands-on experience with on-site punch list walks and coordination with various construction trades.

Responsibilities:

· Regular site visits to verify existing field conditions and to ensure the alignment of the design implementation process with the project’s Basis of Design (BOD) and specifications.
· Coordinating effectively with project engineers, project coordinators, engineering coordinators, construction trades, and other team members to ensure that the design reflects the project’s objectives. Revit will include use of Navisworks simultaneously to prevent clashes with other disciplines
· Providing comprehensive 2D/3D drawing packages that are clear, accurate, and follow the site design standards.
· Creating detailed electrical plans including conduit routing, cable tray routing electrical panel schedules, and equipment layout.
· Drafting One-line Diagrams in AutoCAD showing the site and building power distribution, such as distribution gear, overcurrent protection, feeders, and loads.
· Participates in the development and/or improvement of new and existing products for design change, cost reductions, warranty improvements, and manufacturability. Assists with evaluation of vendors. Ability to conduct field walks and field verifications.
· Provide drawing and drafting support for details, vendor submittals, and perform engineering drafting, drawing review, drawing control, and related services required in the design of engineered systems.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
· Associate’s degree (AA) in Computer Aided Drafting and Design or similar technical degree
· 4+ years of progressive CAD drafting/design experience of process systems
· 2+ years of Revit 3D modeling/design experience
· Living in or willing to relocate to the Boise, Idaho area
